The aim of this technical guide is describing the electrical protection systems to be installed in wind power plants. It offers an introductory discussion of wind and wind turbines and wind turbine characterstics, a presentation of wind turbines’ theoretical aspects, and a description of its producibility, control systems and applications to the power generation grids.
